Rie grew up in Denmark, in a home full of animals. Her mother, Lis, is a renowned dog trainer and breeder in Denmark. She has written a number of books on dog training and obedience, and was co-host of a Danish TV series on dog training. With this background and pedigree, it's little wonder that Rie can literally talk to the animals!
Since moving to Sydney 10 years ago, Rie has built a reputation for being able to cure even the most stubborn of subjects in a very short time. It is not unusual for Rie to teach a dog to sit, heel, and stay in just thirty minutes. She has even taught a deaf and blind dog obedience - now, how on earth does she do that?!
