A flat rate of $12.00 applies to all deliveries. Established Paws On Paths regular clients are exempt from delivery fees, and those who are taking part in the OzDoggy special offer.

If our products do not meet your high expectations, we will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase - minus the delivery fee (if applicable). Paws On Paths suggests, when introducing your dog to a new brand of food, offer half measurements of the 'old' and 'new' brand, in one meal. Slowly reduce the quantity of the 'old' brand to nil, over 5 days.
